Cook Time: 12 minutes

Total Time: 14 minutes

The Big T’s – T-Bone Steaks

Ingredients

  • 2.5 lbs T-Bone Steaks (1 1/2 " thick cut)
  • 1 Pack Community Spice Blend: barbi Q , chimi Chimii , SNP-400 , tale-Gator
  • 2 lbs Brocolli Steamed
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 4 large Potatoes microwave 15 minutes

Instructions

  1. Wash, pat dry the big T-Bone Steaks
  2. Pour Spice on top of steaks and roll to coat them completely.
  3. Sear 2 minutes 375F, flip cook 4 minutes, flip 4 minutes, remove, rest. slice and serve.
  4. Serve with steamed brocolli drizzled with lemon juice & potatoes
