Thai Style Fire Roasted Yams


  • 4 large Yams
  • 1/4 Pack tran Doori
  • 1/2 med Orange wedges to for drizzling
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil


  1. Preheat grill 375F, cut the Yams in crosswise into 1/3” thick slices, toss with olive oil
  2. Grill cut side down 10 minutes, grill marks notable
  3. Flip, squeeze little bit fresh orange juice and sprinkle tran Doori lightly on cut sides
  4. Grill 10 minutes until soft, remove, cover @10 minutes before serving
