Spicy Sweet Curry Peanuts

Hot little numbers so easy to make. Easy to grill, or use oven. All you need is aluminum foil and 350F. Two step process, first dry roast nuts 10 minutes, spice them up, finish with @ 15 more minutes roasting. Keep lid/  door ajar. Try different flavors to suit your mood.

Add a squirt of juice to the mix for expotential flavor: pomegranate, ogange, lime, or lemon

Spicy Sweet Curry Peanuts


  • 1 lb Raw Peanuts
  • 1/2 pack mz. Curri Spice Blend
  • 1/8 wedge Lime
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 350F, line baking pan with aluminum foil, spread nuts single layer
  2. Cook 10 minutes to lightly toast the nuts
  3. Heat Olive Oil in microwave to make very warm, mix in mz. Curri , lime squeeze, brown sugar until dissolved, toss with nuts
  4. Spread peanuts into single layer on top aluminum foil, bake 20 minutes, tossle nuts every few minutes
  5. Remove from the oven, cool completely
