Zucchini Strips
Available year round, affordable and plentiful, cooking promotes nutty sweet flavor. Great in burritos, wraps, salad, mashed, pasta. Excellent deep green color to excite any plate. Fabulous everyday staple to replace / avoid breads carbs and they are pound friendly: eat alot and feel healthy and satisfied.

| Veggie: | 8 zucchini | Zucchini - small 2 inch diameter |
| Community Spice: | 1 pack | barbi Q |
| Olive Oil: | 2 tbsp | extra virgin olive oil preferred, any kind will do |
| Prep: | 2 minutes | wash, sideways - cut in 1/2 - 2 pieces lengthwise |
| Coat: | 1 minute | place strips in shallow dish, pour oil, roll to coat evenly |
| Sprinkle: | 1 minute | sprinkle and toss while food is resting, adjust for more flavor |
| Grill: | 8 minutes | 350 degree - indirect heat -(med/off/med) - 4 minutes flip |
| or MICROWAVE: | 6 minutes | high setting - rotate plate halfway through cooking). |
| or BAKE: | 5 minutes | 350 degrees - shallow pan, toss after 10 min, done - cover) |
