| Veggie: | 6 yams | Yams - 3 inch diameter - 6 inch long |
| Community Spice: | 1 pack | tale Gator |
| Olive Oil: | 2 tbsp | extra virgin olive oil preferred, any kind will do |
| Baguette: | 2 loaf | small - 2 inch wide - 18inch long sourdough baguette |
| BREAD: | 2 minutes | slice 1/3 inch pieces, drizzle a little oil olive on top |
| MICROWAVE | 20 minutes | pierce holes yams, cook until soft |
| MASH | 3 minutes | place yams in bowl, mash with skins to desired texture |
| SPRINKLE | 1 minute | sprinkle and mix into yams adjust for more flavor |
| ASSEMBLE | 2 minutes | spoon yams onto bread slices, top with sour cream |
