Turkey Balls

Easy fun meal that is quick easy and cheap! Each ball @ 1 oz meat, 3 to a serving.

Serves:8 servingsgreat source of lean protein
Ingredients:
Ground turkey:1 1/2 poundsgreat source of lean protein
CSC spice:1 packbarbi Q
Meat:1 minuteflatten, cut in half, pour rub layer then fold over
Balls:1 minutecut in equal squares @ 1" by 1", form balls; 1" diameter
Skewer:1 minutepierce balls with 8"long skewer, center 3 balls next to each other
Rub:1 minutepour rub over balls, roll over all sides to coat completely
Grill6 minutes375 deg -(med/off/med) - 3 > 4 minutes each side
Rest5 minutesremove from heat, keep covered
or Microwave:2 minutesflip over half way through cooking time omit skewer
or Bake:15 minutesshallow dish with lid, 375deg, omit skewer
