Turkey Balls
Easy fun meal that is quick easy and cheap! Each ball @ 1 oz meat, 3 to a serving.

| Ingredients: | ||
| Ground turkey: | 1 1/2 pounds | great source of lean protein |
| CSC spice: | 1 pack | barbi Q |
| Meat: | 1 minute | flatten, cut in half, pour rub layer then fold over |
| Balls: | 1 minute | cut in equal squares @ 1" by 1", form balls; 1" diameter |
| Skewer: | 1 minute | pierce balls with 8"long skewer, center 3 balls next to each other |
| Rub: | 1 minute | pour rub over balls, roll over all sides to coat completely |
| Grill | 6 minutes | 375 deg -(med/off/med) - 3 > 4 minutes each side |
| Rest | 5 minutes | remove from heat, keep covered |
| or Microwave: | 2 minutes | flip over half way through cooking time omit skewer |
| or Bake: | 15 minutes | shallow dish with lid, 375deg, omit skewer |
