| steak | 1 1/2 lbs | steak - 1” - 1- 1/2" thick |
| CSC | 1 pack | tale Gator |
| rub | 1 minute | pour rub over meat, toss to coat thoroughly |
| grill | 10 -14 minutes | 400 deg -(med/med/med) - 5 minutes/ flip over |
| rest | 5 minutes | remove from heat, keep covered |

| or bake | 20 minutes | shallow dish with lid, 375deg |
| or microwave | 3-4 minutes | flip over half way through cooking time |
