Squash Mosh
Fantastic way to have your Veggies and Eat It Too! . A pound friendly dish, eat a lot and feel healthy and satisfied. Affordable and filling. Mix the bunch as more varities are available in the summer months. Great to use as a side dish, served with grains, filler in burritoes, you name it!

| Ingredients: | ||
| squash | 8 whole | zuchini, goose neck, sunburst |
| CSC | 1/2 pack | tale Gator |
| Olive Oil | 2 tbsp | extra virgin olive oil preferred, any kind will do |
| Squash | 1 minute | wash, cut in @ 1/2" thick halves, place in shallow pan, pour olive oil, roll to coat |
| Grill | 15 minutes | 350F - indirect heat -(med/off/med) - flip after 6 minutes |
| Sprinkle | 1 minute | CSC spice and toss the squash |
| or Microwave | 15 minutes | cut in half, flip over after 6 min |
| or Bake | 25 minutes | 350F - shallow oiled pan, cover aluminum foil, toss after 8 minutes |
