Fantastic way to have your Veggies and Eat It Too! . A pound friendly dish, eat a lot and feel healthy and satisfied. Affordable and filling. Mix the bunch as more varities are available in the summer months. Great to use as a side dish, served with grains, filler in burritoes, you name it!

Ingredients:
squash8 wholezuchini, goose neck, sunburst
CSC1/2 packtale Gator
Olive Oil2 tbspextra virgin olive oil preferred, any kind will do
Squash1 minutewash, cut in @ 1/2" thick halves, place in shallow pan, pour olive oil, roll to coat
Grill15 minutes350F - indirect heat -(med/off/med) - flip after 6 minutes
Sprinkle1 minuteCSC spice and toss the squash
or Microwave15 minutescut in half, flip over after 6 min
or Bake25 minutes350F - shallow oiled pan, cover aluminum foil, toss after 8 minutes
