| MEAT | 1 1/2 lbs | trim bone off, OK to use beef brisket |
| CSC: | 1 pack | barbi Q |
| CUT: | 1 minute | cut into 2” by 2" squares x 2/3" thick |
| RUB: | 1 minute | pour rub over meat, toss to coat thoroughly |
| GRILL: | 8 minutes | 350 deg - (med/off/med) - 4 minutes/ flip over |
| REST: | 5 minutes | remove from heat, keep covered |
| or Microwave: | 2 minutes | flip over half way through cooking time |
| or Bake: | 10 minutes | shallow dish with lid, 375deg |
