Ingredients:
MEAT1 1/2 lbstrim bone off, OK to use beef brisket
CSC:1 packbarbi Q
CUT:1 minutecut into 2” by 2" squares x 2/3" thick
RUB:1 minutepour rub over meat, toss to coat thoroughly
GRILL:8 minutes350 deg - (med/off/med) - 4 minutes/ flip over
REST:5 minutesremove from heat, keep covered
or Microwave:2 minutesflip over half way through cooking time
or Bake:10 minutesshallow dish with lid, 375deg
