| NYNY Strip: | 4 steaks | 1" thick by 8" long |
| CSC Spice: | 1 pack | tale Gator |
| Steak: | 1 minute | wash, pat dry with paper towel |
| Rub: | 1 minute | pour rub over meat, toss to coat thoroughly |
| Grill: | 8-10 minutes | 400 deg -(med/med/med) - 4 minutes/ flip over |
| Rest: | 5 minutes | remove from heat, keep covered |
| Slice: | 1 minute | carve perpendicularly into 1/3 inch slices |
