Mole Frijole Chili
Spice up your chili, your kids will love you. Nothing funner than the name, tasty as all get out. Great as a stand alone, or use in tacos, burritos.

| Ingredients: | ||
| PINTO BEANS: | 1 can | 14 oz., drain liquid |
| WATER: | 2 cups | use pot with a lid |
| CSC: | 1 pack | mia Mole |
| ONION: | 1 cup | small yellow onion, peel, cut into 1/8 wedges |
| JALAPENOS: | 4 small | seeded, chop finely 1/4 inch chunks |
| WATER: | 5 minute | boil, add beans and veggies, mix, cook low 15 min |
| SPICE: | 1 minute | add spice, mix, cover with lid partially, simmer 20 minutes |
| REST: | 10 minute | mix, cover, let sit so flavor reaches maximum |

| Dried Beans: | 1 c. dried pinto | boil 3 c water, add everything after 90 min. |
| Garnish: | Dollop of sour cream | |
