Mole Frijole Chili

Spice up your chili, your kids will love you. Nothing funner than the name, tasty as all get out. Great as a stand alone, or use in tacos, burritos.

Serves:4 servingsgreat for our San Francisco Summers
Ingredients:
PINTO BEANS:1 can14 oz., drain liquid
WATER:2 cupsuse pot with a lid
CSC:1 packmia Mole
ONION:1 cupsmall yellow onion, peel, cut into 1/8 wedges
JALAPENOS:4 smallseeded, chop finely 1/4 inch chunks
WATER:5 minuteboil, add beans and veggies, mix, cook low 15 min
SPICE:1 minuteadd spice, mix, cover with lid partially, simmer 20 minutes
REST:10 minutemix, cover, let sit so flavor reaches maximum
NOTE:
Dried Beans:1 c. dried pintoboil 3 c water, add everything after 90 min.
Garnish:Dollop of sour cream
