An amazing, quick and satisfying appetizer. The rub carmelizes and creates a powerful, exticing flavor. Great to add to salads, chili, topping for flat bread, cheese sandwiches. Friends will be impressed!

| baguette | 1 loaf | sour dough @ 2 ft long x 2 inch wide |
| CSC | 1 pack | mia Mole |
| olive oil | 4 tbsp | |
| cut | 1 minute | cut baguette lengthwise down middle |
| coat | 1 minute | drizzle olive oil evenly over cut surfaces |
| grill | 3 minutes | 350 degree - indirect heat -(med-off-med) - cut side down |
| sprinkle | 1 minute | flip, pour rub evenly over cut surface |
| grill | 3 minute | complete grilling until rub carmelizes |
| cut | 1 minute | cut baguettes crosswise in 2/3“ strips |
| or Bake | 3/3 minutes | can bake at 400 deg same amount of time on alum. foil |
