An amazing, quick and satisfying appetizer. The rub carmelizes and creates a powerful, exticing flavor. Great to add to salads, chili, topping for flat bread, cheese sandwiches. Friends will be impressed!

Ingredients:
baguette1 loafsour dough @ 2 ft long x 2 inch wide
CSC1 packmia Mole
olive oil4 tbsp
cut1 minutecut baguette lengthwise down middle
coat1 minutedrizzle olive oil evenly over cut surfaces
grill3 minutes350 degree - indirect heat -(med-off-med) - cut side down
sprinkle1 minuteflip, pour rub evenly over cut surface
grill3 minutecomplete grilling until rub carmelizes
cut1 minutecut baguettes crosswise in 2/3“ strips
or Bake3/3 minutescan bake at 400 deg same amount of time on alum. foil
