Cubes de Mignon
Grilling with the rub preserves moisture and small pieces allow for quick cooking times. Excellent in salads, pastas, rice dishes; rub adds exponential flavor. Pound friendly, eat alot and feel healthy and satisfied, perfect for small frequent meals. Left overs are great heated up.

| MEAT | 1 1/2 lbs | cut into 1” cubes |
| CSC: | 1 pack | barbi Q |
| RUB: | 1 minute | pour rub over meat, toss to coat thoroughly |
| SKEWER | 4 minutes | skewer 3 cubes per stick through center, 1” free top/ bottom |
| GRILL: | 10 minutes | 350 deg -(med/off/med) - 5 minutes/ flip over |
| REST: | 5 minutes | remove from heat, keep covered |
| or Microwave: | 2 minutes | flip over half way through cooking time |
| or Bake: | 20 minutes | shallow dish with lid, 375deg |
