Cubes de Mignon

Grilling with the rub preserves moisture and small pieces allow for quick cooking times. Excellent in salads, pastas, rice dishes; rub adds exponential flavor. Pound friendly, eat alot and feel healthy and satisfied, perfect for small frequent meals. Left overs are great heated up.

Ingredients:
MEAT1 1/2 lbscut into 1” cubes
CSC:1 packbarbi Q
RUB:1 minutepour rub over meat, toss to coat thoroughly
SKEWER4 minutesskewer 3 cubes per stick through center, 1” free top/ bottom
GRILL:10 minutes350 deg -(med/off/med) - 5 minutes/ flip over
REST:5 minutesremove from heat, keep covered
or Microwave:2 minutesflip over half way through cooking time
or Bake:20 minutesshallow dish with lid, 375deg
