Grilling and marinating sweetens and soften the flavors — great cooked in batches - use as side salads, on pizzas, eggs and tacos. Fantastic colors - unrivaled yellow, red, orange, dark green. A pound friendly dish, eat a lot and feel healthy and satisfied.

Ingredients:
peppers8 wholeBell Peppers - assorted colors
CSC1/2 packka Huna
Olive Oil2 tbspextra virgin olive oil preferred, any kind will do
Peppers1 minutewash, place in shallow pan, pour olive oil, roll to coat
Grill30 minutes425F - indirect heat -(med/off/med) - every 10 minutes: 1/4 turn
Sprinkle1 minuteCSC sprinkle and toss over bell peppers
Rest15 minutescover and rest, skin easily peel off, (great tasting juicy liquid)
or Microwave15 minutescut in half, flip over after 6 min
or Bake30 minutes425d - shallow oiled pan, cover aluminum foil, toss every 10 minutes until done
