Bell Peeps
Bell peppers are available year round and can be moderately expensive. Grilling and marinating sweetens and soften the flavors — great cooked in batches - use as side salads, on pizzas, eggs and tacos. Fantastic colors - unrivaled yellow, red, orange, dark green. A pound friendly dish, eat a lot and feel healthy and satisfied.

| peppers | 8 whole | Bell Peppers - assorted colors |
| CSC | 1/2 pack | ka Huna |
| Olive Oil | 2 tbsp | extra virgin olive oil preferred, any kind will do |
| Peppers | 1 minute | wash, place in shallow pan, pour olive oil, roll to coat |
| Grill | 30 minutes | 425F - indirect heat -(med/off/med) - every 10 minutes: 1/4 turn |
| Sprinkle | 1 minute | CSC sprinkle and toss over bell peppers |
| Rest | 15 minutes | cover and rest, skin easily peel off, (great tasting juicy liquid) |
| or Microwave | 15 minutes | cut in half, flip over after 6 min |
| or Bake | 30 minutes | 425d - shallow oiled pan, cover aluminum foil, toss every 10 minutes until done |
