These dynamite burgers will impress everyone - especially kids! Full bodied and wonderfully sensational. So good you don't need a bun in the oven.

| Ingredients: | ||
| Ground turkey: | 1 1/2 pounds | great source of lean protein |
| CSC spice: | 1 pack | barbi Q |
| Burgers: | 1 minute | form patties; 3" wide x 1.5" high |
| Rub: | 1 minute | pour rub over patties, roll over all sides to coat completely |
| Grill | 8 minutes | 375 deg -(med/off/med) - 4 > 5 minutes each side |
| Rest | 5 minutes | remove from heat, keep covered |
| or Microwave: | 2 minutes | flip over half way through cooking time |
| or Bake: | 15 minutes | shallow dish with lid, 375deg |
