Quick Moroccan Basalmic Pork Salad


  • 1 small Pork Top Sirloin 1.5 lbs.
  • 1/4 Pack ka Bobbii
  • 1 lb Mixed Baby Greens
  • 1 large Red Bell Pepper cored, sliced thin 2” stix
  • 2 tbsp Basalmic Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil clean grill, dip cloth in olive to wipe grill using tongs


  1. Preheat grill 375F, slice meat into healthy fast cooking filets

  3. Slice roast crosswise into 1”2 thick filets
  4. Arrange flat on plate, pour ka Bobbii spice blend, roll to coat all over
  5. Grill 6 minutes, flip and repeat, remove, cover and rest 5 minutes
  6. Slice crosswise at 45 angle into 1/3” thick pieces
  7. Serve family style on bed of mixed greens and bell peppers, lightly tossed with balsalmic vinegar
