Quick Raspberry Grilled Pork Top Sir Loin

Ingredients

  • 1 small Pork Top Sirloin 1.5 lbs.
  • 1/4 Pack prima Vera
  • 1 lb Water Cress Salad
  • 2 tbsp Raspberry Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil clean grill, dip cloth in olive to wipe grill using tongs

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill 375F, slice meat into healthy fast cooking filets

  3. Slice roast crosswise into 1”2 thick filets
  4. Arrange flat on plate, pour prima Vera spice blend, roll to coat all over
  5. Grill 6 minutes, flip and repeat, remove, cover and rest 5 minutes
  6. Slice crosswise at 45 angle into 1/3” thick pieces
  7. Serve family style on bed of mixed greens lightly tossed with raspberry vinegar
