Mole Frijole Fast Chili

Fast chili in about 30 minutes. The trick is to use Community Spice Company’s Blends and healthy dehyrdrated pinto beans. The beans cook in record time. Best of all they are free from preservatives and additives. Serve straight up, top on dogs, add some grilled yam chips, yummm! Who says fast food has to be bad for you?!

If you would like to make this with dry pinto beans, no problema, please  allow 2 hours to soak and 2 hours low simmering.

Mole Frijole


  • 1 lb Pinto Beans Deydrated
  • 1 Pack mia Mole
  • 4 oz Onion 1/2 onion, chopped fine
  • 4 oz Carrots 16 bay carrots, chopped coarse
  • 4 oz Tomato 1/2 basket cherry tomatos, chopped coarse
  • 16 oz Water


  1. Cut the peel, cut the onion, chop finely
  2. Cut carrots and tomatoes into coarse pieces
  3. Boil water, add beans, spice, mix bring back to boil
  4. Add onion, carrots, and tomatoes, stir reduce to medium heat
  5. Cook @ 25 minutes while stirring occasionally, enjoy!
