Grilled Jammin’ Salmon


  • 2.5 lbs Salmon Filets
  • 1 Pack Community Spice Co's barbi Q
  • 2 lbs Yellow Gooseneck Squash cut in half grilled 12 minutes
  • 1 lb Mixed Spring Salad tossed with fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 med Fresh Lemons sliced into 1/2" wedges
  • 8 med Roma Tomatoes grilled 20 minutes
  • 3 med Haas Avocados sliced 1/2" thick wedges - leave peel intact


  1. Wash, pat dry Salmon Filets and cut cross wise into 2" wide strips
  2. Place on a plate, pour Community Spice Co's barbi Q on top and flip to coat them completely
  3. Cook 6 minutes skin side down, flip & cook 6 minutes, remove, rest 5 minutes
  4. Serve atop greens with grilled squash and tomoatoes, garnish with avocado wedges
