Grilled Mole Croutons

August 1st, 2012 by

An amazing, quick and satisfying appetizer. The rub carmelizes and creates a powerful, exticing flavor. Great to add to salads, power bites for chili’s, best yet … make crazy bread pudding deserts soaked with vanilla and bourbon. Friends will be impressed! Half of a baguette is enough to make croutons for @ 6-8 people. Best to make right before serving to enjoy ther fresh intoxicating aroma and flavors.
