Bacon, bacon, who’s got the bacon. Great appetizers for wine pairings and friendly grills. Sweet, peppery, tangy and fun. Eat them individually or use atop salads and sides. Your freinds will love you. Try them with different flavors to match your mood and fare. Divine on uncured bacon.

Grilled Bacon Skewers



  1. Skewer single strip of Bacon at a time.
  2. Spread out on plate, thread skewer @ every 2" through bacon strip
  3. Spice liberally to coat both sides
  4. Grill 375F heat, 5 minutes, use tongs and spatula to flip, cook 5 minutes
  5. Serve on skewers or remove skewers and use on burgers
