Fire Roasted Roma Tomatoes

Make your Roma’s rock with a little fire. Grill for @ 25 minutes to make them burst at the seams with flavor. Add a little Community Spice per your evening’s flavor palate and enjoy. Add some easy pizzazz.  Roma’s need some help, let’s face it. They are sturdy and hard as rocks, and can certainly benefit with a little TLC and spicing up. Great all year long, especially in the colder months.

  1. Wash, pat dry Roma Tomatoes
  2. Cook on outdoor grill 375F - 25 minutes, rotate every 5 minutes all sides
  3. Rest, serve and sprinkle lightly with Community Spice Co.'s tran Doori
  4. Use as a side dish, top with salads, serve with beans or grain dishes
