Fast Grilled Moroccan Lamb Chops


  • 2.5 lbs Rack of Lamb slice to separate chops
  • 1 Pack Community Spice Company Blend
  • 2 lbs Roma Tomatoes grilled 20 minutes
  • 1 lb Mixed Green Salad tossed with lemon juice
  • 2 Haas Avocados cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 Lemon cut into wedges for salad spritzing and garnishes


  1. Wash, pat dry Rack of Lamb,cut into individual chops
  2. Arrange on plate, pour Spice on top, roll to coat them completely
  3. Sear on outdoor grill 375F 2 minutes per side, reduce heat 350, cook 30 minutes, flip mid way
  4. Serve with grilled mixed green avocado salad topped with spit roasted grilled tomato
