Coleslaw with Mojo. Great for clean living. So much so, you can afford to break out and go crazy to use to top with your favorite beer soaked brats! Wonderful side dish or used as filling for Fried Chicken Sandwiches. Non-fat, nothing to spoil. Eat your heart out!

Great for Diabetics and people managing their weight.

Spicy Jalapeno Lime Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 1 head Cabbage
  • 1/2 pack ka Bobbii Spice Blend
  • 10 med Jalapeno Chili’s cored, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch Cilantro chopped finely
  • 2 med Limes quartered, squeezed for juice
  • 1/2 cup Rice Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cut cabbage bottom side up into halves, then into 1/8th” wedges
  2. Mix cabbage, jalapenos, cilantro, rice vinegar, lime juice
  3. Sprinkle and toss ka Bobbii , add more jalapenos for spicier taste
  4. Serve as a side or use in Fried Chicken Sandwiches, or Hot Dogs
