Barbary Coast  Ribeye Steaks

Ingredients

  • 2.5 lbs Ribeye Steak
  • 1 Pack barbi Q Spice Blend
  • 2 lbs Mixed Green Salad
  • 2 tbsp Basalmic Vinegar
  • 8 ears Corn on the Cob husks removed, 3" lengths
  • 4 large Yellow Onions chopped into 1" wedges

Instructions

  1. Wash, pat dry the Ribeye Steak
  2. Cut crosswise into smaller steaks, 3" wide pieces
  3. Pour Spice on top of steaks and roll to coat them completely.
  4. Sear 2 minutes 375F, flip cook 4 minutes, flip 4 minutes, remove, rest. slice and serve.
  5. For side dishes:
  6. Serve with spicy grilled corn on the cobb
  7. Serve with roasted curry onions quickly roasted in aluminum foil

Notes

Make sure to rest meat @ 5-10 minutes after grilling to preserve the moisture!
